TK Academy Three Key Group México

Courses

Five courses,
one outcome

Start wherever you are. Every course is built so that the last session is you doing the thing, not hearing about it.

Classes are taught in Monterrey, in Spanish, with studio practice. Group sizes are capped because studio time does not scale and feedback given to forty people is not feedback.

Live selling foundation

6 weeks · 36 hours

The main course. From never having gone live to closing your first order, with the storefront set up and approved along the way. Assumes no prior experience.

AI short-video production

4 weeks · 24 hours

Scriptwriting with AI, subtitles, batch editing, growing an account from zero and an introduction to paid promotion. Useful on its own or alongside the foundation course.

TikTok Shop store operations

4 weeks · 24 hours

For people who want to run a shop rather than be on camera: opening the store, choosing products, tagging, reading the data and staying inside the rules.

Advanced creator incubation

8 weeks + 3 months

Limited intake. Eight weeks of advanced work, then three months of coaching, with studio and equipment access and priority on the product catalogue.

Corporate in-house training

16 hours per class

Run at your company for your staff. Covers live selling for your own products and carries an STPS-recognised DC-3 training certificate.

Studio practice

Included

Every course includes time in the ten studios at the Monterrey base. There is no way to learn this from a classroom, and we do not pretend otherwise.

How we teach

Six decisions behind the curriculum

01
Practice before theory
You are on camera in week two. The explanation of why it works comes after you have felt it not working, which is the only time it lands.
02
Real products, real money
Week six is a live session with the actual catalogue, not a role play. The orders are real and the commission is yours.
03
Small groups
Studio time and one-to-one feedback cap the class. A larger group would be more profitable and worth less.
04
AI as a tool, not a subject
We teach AI for scripts, subtitles and editing because it is what makes daily posting survivable. We do not teach it as a topic in itself.
05
Compliance taught early
Platform rules, tagging rules and what gets a store closed are covered in week four, not discovered in month three.
06
The door stays open
Graduates keep access to the catalogue and can apply for studio slots. The relationship is meant to outlast the course by years.

What we will never do

We will not ask a student to buy inventory, at any point. Graduates sell on commission with zero stock, and wholesale supply is opened only to creators who have already proven they can sell. The training-plus-inventory model generates complaints, refunds and a reputation that takes a decade to repair, and it is the single fastest way to kill a school.
